Birthday Week!!

Well, it is birthday week for the Gall's in Nashville. Melody's on the 12th and Tristan on the 18th. I am posting some pics from the week. We celebrated with our Nashville family on Wednesday the 11th. It was great, and we even had a sweet moment where we got to honor Melody, as everyone went around the room and said a little something about Melody that they like. Then on the 13th Melody and I were blessed to be able to get an all expense paid meal and nights stay at the Opryland Hotel. Melody looked INCREDIBLE in her dress! And we pigged out at one of the most fabulous Steak restaurants in town!! LOVED IT!! I will post some pics from that night as well. We were able to take Tristan to see a real live fire truck, and he got to sit in the drivers seat, got himself a helmet and a badge! We have gotten some gifts for Tristan, THANK YOU!! And he is loving them! The video posted is Tristan playing with his new firetruck! Jason, Trish, Paige and Linzy, he loves the Bus and Track you had sent also! GREAT IDEA!! Well, We love you, and thanks so much for thinking of Melody and Tristan this week! I hope all is well. And I hope the rest of the family starts posting stuff too!!

Dad's Sled Riding Wipeout!

We had a blast skiing and sled riding! And Mom and Dad took a fun trip down the snowy fairway! It didn't end up so good for Dad!

The First Blog!

Well, we decided to start this blog as a place for the whole family to write updates to the happenings of life. This way we along with our extended family and friends can keep up with us.

So, to start, we just got back from a family trip to the mountains of Pennsylvania. Unfortunately Jason, Trish, Paige and Linzy couldn't make it. But we had a blast! And it was great to spend some good quality time with Aunt Mauvaleen, Uncle Les, Leanne, Bill, Morgan and Zach!!

We are excited about our most recent news that Melody is pregnant with Baby #2!! We are at this point 8 1/2 weeks along, and our due date is about October 3rd!! WOOHOO!!

Brian just finished a Childrens Book, called "Wheezing Winona Weatherbee" and is featured in an annual book of illustrators called "The Black Book". So, things are goin good in the art world!

Melody, is brewin a baby! She is doing great, although she gets tired easy, but you try to stop her! She is doing great with her home business "Arch", where she specializes in Eyebrow shaping, as well as the best Facials in the world!! And outside of that, she is busy being a fantastic Mother!

Tristan, man, this week we really have noticed his learning going FAST!! He is saying more and more words, remembering soooo much, and starting to form sentences, somewhat! As long as we are around to translate, you will see! He loves to play with his best friend Josiah! He always asks for him. He is totally into Firetrucks, Elmo, Buzz Lightyear, Cars (the movie characters and the automobile itself), planes and to Brian's delight, DRAWING and DADDY!! Life is so much fun!!
